Operational Limitations: The chatbot may not be available 24/7 due to maintenance, updates, or other technical issues.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments for subscriptions or services are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Heirloom does not store payment details directly. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s Terms and Privacy Policy.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

We respect your privacy. Data collected through your use of the Service, including chatbot interactions, is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
