Open HeirloomThe AI assistant answers your questions about Heirloom, on the page you are working on, without leaving it. It already knows your farm’s settings, so you ask the question and skip the explanations.
Get answers about the app, step by step
Ask in your own words how to do something in Heirloom: add a succession, move a planting, print the week’s tasks. The assistant answers with the steps and links that open the right page of the app.
Let it use what Heirloom already knows
With each question, Heirloom tells the assistant your farm’s country and time zone, your units, your frost dates, your standard bed, the month your season starts, the season you have open and your role. You do not need to repeat them.
It also knows which page you are on. On the Dashboard, the Game Plan, the Crop Map, the task list, Harvests, Notes and the seed order, it sees the view and the filters you have set. Ask from the page that puzzles you: the answer fits what you are looking at.
Know its limits
The assistant answers questions about the app. It does not answer general growing questions, such as how to fight flea beetles: for those, the growing data in the Crop Library and your own notes are the place to look.
It works on a computer, not on a phone. If an answer does not fit, or if something looks broken in your farm, write to support@heirloom.ag: a person will look at your account.
