Why can’t my team member move plantings on the Crop Map?

Because of their role, which keeps your plan safe from accidental changes. Team members with the Crew member or Reader role see the Crop Map but cannot change it: no placing, moving or unassigning plantings or blocks.

Changing the Crop Map is open from the Crew manager role up. If this person plans the beds with you, change their role in your team settings.
