Change a teammate’s role or access

Find the person

Open your team from your profile picture, then Team. Search by name or email, or narrow the list with All roles. The Money values column shows who sees your prices and revenue.

Open their actions

Click the three dots at the end of their row. You only manage people below your own role: an administrator manages crew managers, crew members and readers, and nobody manages the owner.

Change their role

Choose Change role, pick the new role, read what it allows, then click Update. The change applies the next time the person opens Heirloom.

Hide or show money values

As the owner, choose Hide monetary values or Show monetary values in the same menu. Hidden amounts appear blurred on that person’s screens; everything else stays the same.

Remove someone from the farm

Choose Remove, then confirm. The person loses access to this farm right away; the tasks they did and the notes they wrote stay on the farm. To bring them back, invite them again.
