How Harvests works
Open HarvestsHarvests turns your plan into a weekly picking list: what is ready in the field, how much each customer gets, on which day, and at the end of the season, how it compares with what you planned.
Know the three tabs
Sales Channels: where your harvests go, such as your market, your CSA baskets or a restaurant, with the days you harvest for each. Weekly Harvests: how much of each planting you pick this week, for whom and on which day. Season Harvests: the whole season, week by week, planned against recorded.

Understand where availability comes from
Heirloom already knows each planting from your Game Plan: its expected yield and its harvest window. It spreads the yield evenly over the weeks of the window, and that is the Availability you see each week. It is a guide, not a count: you can correct it when the field tells you otherwise.
Follow the loop
Enter a quantity for a customer on a harvest day, and Heirloom creates the harvest task for that planting on that day, in Tasks, with the quantity for each customer. When the harvest is done, mark it as harvested: it counts in the planting’s progress and in Season Harvests.
One harvest task covers one planting on one day, whatever the number of customers. Your team picks once, then splits the harvest.
Start with your sales channels
Weekly Harvests stays empty until you have at least one sales channel. See Set up your sales channels.
