Correct the quantity first

Heirloom records the quantity you planned for the customer. If the bed gave less or more, change the quantity in Weekly Harvests before you mark it: that is the figure that goes into your season.

Mark it as harvested in Weekly Harvests

Next to each quantity, a small button with an arrow shows its state. Click it, then Set as harvested. When every customer’s share of a planting is harvested for that day, Heirloom marks the harvest task as done. Set as not harvested undoes a mistake.

Or check off the task in Tasks

Your team often works from Tasks. Open the harvest task: the Harvest section lists the quantity for each customer and the Total to harvest. Check off the task, and every customer’s share of that day is recorded as harvested in one go.

Unchecking the task later does not undo the harvests. To correct one, go back to Weekly Harvests.

See a planting’s harvests

In the Game Plan, click a planting and open its Harvests tab: every harvest of that planting, week by week and customer by customer, with its state. It is the quickest way to answer « how much did this succession give? ».

Know what counts

A quantity counts as recorded as soon as it is harvested. It fills the planting’s Harvest progress and the Recorded Harvest of Season Harvests, valued at the planting’s price.
