Choose your seed companies

Open your seed companies
1 minute

Add the seed companies you buy from to your library, and their varieties appear in your cultivars. Add a local supplier yourself, with a note of its organic certificate for your next inspection.

Open the Companies tab

In the Crop Library, click Companies. Each card shows a seed company, the countries it ships to and how many cultivars it sells. Filter on Available in to see the ones that ship to you.

Add a company to your library

Click the library button on its card, Add varieties to library. Its cultivars now appear in the Cultivars tab and in the crop windows. Click it again, Remove varieties from library, to hide them. The cultivars you already use stay in your plantings.

This choice is shared by the whole farm, so only an Administrator can make it. Click the cultivar count on a card, or View cultivars, to browse that company’s varieties.

Add a supplier Heirloom does not have

Open the arrow next to the main button and click Create seed company. Enter its Name and Website, turn on Organic certificate on file when you have a copy of its organic certificate, paste the Certificate link (optional), and choose the countries under Available in. Click Create.

Your certifier will ask where your seeds come from: with the certificate noted here, you know before the audit which suppliers you still need a copy from.
