How do I keep track of organic certificates from my seed suppliers?

Note them on your seed companies in Heirloom, and you walk into your organic inspection knowing which certificates you still need. When you add a supplier with Create seed company, turn on Organic certificate on file once you have a copy of its organic certificate, and paste the Certificate link (optional) to find it again.

Your certifier will ask where your seeds come from: with the certificates noted here, there is no last-minute hunt through your emails.
