How do I track pest and disease problems by crop from one season to the next?

Tag the note and link it to the crop: last year’s problem then comes back on its own when you plan that crop again, so you act before it returns instead of remembering too late.

Write the note, add a tag such as Pests or Diseases with Add tag, and link the crop with Crops. A note linked to a crop shows in the Notes tab of every planting of that crop, in every season: the garlic rust you noted in July is there when you plan next fall’s garlic.

To look back over the years, filter your notes by the crop and the tag under Linked items: every disease note about garlic, from every season.
