Why can’t I find a note I wrote?

Usually a filter is still on: Heirloom keeps your search and filters when you come back to Notes, which saves time until you forget it. Check, in this order:

• Click the filter button and Clear all to bring every note back.
• Archived notes only show with the Archived filter.
• Search looks in titles and text, and the first letters of a word are enough: aph finds aphids.
• Tags and links are not searched: pick them under Linked items in the filters.
