Can my team see my notes, or can I keep some private?

Your whole farm team sees your notes by default, so everyone works from the same observations. You can keep any note to yourself.

While editing, click the lock icon (Make private): only you can then see, change or delete the note, and a small lock marks it in the list. Make public shares it again. The Private notes filter lists yours.
