How do I organize my harvests for different markets or customers?

Give each outlet its own sales channel, and every market, CSA and restaurant order comes out of one weekly plan. Create a channel for your Saturday market, your CSA, each restaurant, with the days you harvest for it. Then choose how you look at the week in Weekly Harvests, with View by:

• Sales channel view: one customer at a time, a column for each of its harvest days. Handy to fill a restaurant order.
• Week days view: one day at a time, a column for each customer harvested that day. Handy for the day’s picking list.

It is the same plan either way: each quantity you type lands in that day’s harvest task.
