How do I make a daily harvest list for my crew?

Heirloom writes it for you from your weekly plan, so the crew knows what to pick without asking you. In Weekly Harvests, open View by and choose Week days view: one day at a time, with a column for each customer you harvest for that day. The download icon (Export) saves the week as an Excel file to print for the field.

Your crew also finds it in Tasks: one harvest task per planting and per day, with each customer’s quantity and the Total to harvest. They pick once, split the harvest, and check off the task when it is in the crates.
