The Harvest progress bar tells you at a glance how far along each planting is: it compares what the planting has given with its expected yield. The full length of the bar is the expected yield. The solid part is what you have recorded as harvested; the lighter part is planned for customers but not harvested yet. It fills as you use Set as harvested or check off harvest tasks. The bar fills as you record harvests See Record your harvests .
