How do I plan what each restaurant gets every week?

Give each chef a sales channel with its delivery days, and you plan every order against what your beds can really give, before you say yes on the phone.

• Create one sales channel per restaurant, with the days you harvest for it, such as Tuesday and Thursday. See Set up your sales channels.
• In Weekly Harvests, Sales channel view shows one restaurant at a time, with a column per harvest day: type each crop’s quantity next to the planting’s Availability.
• A cell turns yellow when your orders add up to more than a planting has, so you adjust before a chef is let down.
• The last row gives the value of each column at your planting prices: what each delivery is worth. See Plan the week’s harvests.

Chefs do not order inside Heirloom: you enter what they asked for, and Heirloom turns it into harvest tasks for your crew.
